Do you find that people act like or speak like a different person in different situations? This is seen as code switching and is often used by people of color to improve inclusion in work situations. Recently in the news was a story about Mario Lopez and the surprise over his code switching. Code Switching can lead to burnout and emotional exhaustion which can be addressed by creating more inclusive environments and more inclusive moments.
