People often travel to learn about different places and people. These trips are the perfect opportunity to search for sites; here are some I visited recently (on a Viking River cruise from Memphis to New Orleans) associated with Civil Rights, African American History, History including slavery, Plantation life, and so on. Learning about others helps us understand them as well as understanding ourselves and our choices.
