April is designated as National Arab American History Month in the United States; this provides us with the opportunity to grow and learn about other cultures and histories.

Some familiar names with an Arab American and Indiana association include Dr. William K. Nassar (Cardiovascular medicine), Governor Mitch Daniels, Rami Malek (Actor and UE Grad), and Fady Qaddoura (Indiana State Senator).
Take the opportunity to find similarities in those stereotyped as different.
